The Ini-To Lodge of the Order of the Arrow is excited to sponsor the 22nd annual Klondike DerbyActivity Stations will be used demonstrate scout skills and provide some friendly competition - all designed to show and teach outdoor skills.

This year’s Gold Rush will feature new events to test your winter skills and ability to have fun. Bring your sled to the Championships: all new runoff scheme for much more excitement. Be sure to download the 2010 Leader’s Guides to get all the details on events, new and old.

WHO: All Boy Scout Troops and Venture Crews from the Flint River Council are invited. Webelos are invited also, but should be attending as a den and camping with a troop.

WHAT: The annual Klondike Campout. Winter camping at its best. Fun events. Show off Scout winter skills.   Be sure to bring a sled [See Plans] for every patrol or Venture Crew. 

WHEN: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; January 29-31st.

WHERE: The Gerald I Lawhorn Scout Base Wilderness Area, located on the Flint River behind the Thunder Reservation Office.

COST: $8 per person  

REGISTER:  Mail the registration form in the Leader's Guide to the Flint River Council office in Griffin, or use the Doubleknot Online Registration available at the Flint River Council website.
